Intervention 1: Control group: In the control group, olanzapine starts with a dose of 5 mg per day and reaches a maximum of 20 mg. Lithium also starts with a dose of 300 mg and reaches a maximum of 90

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BID diagnosis based on DSM-V criteria Y-BOCS score equal or more than 20

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug abuse Pregnancy Medical problems
