Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age range 30 to 70 suffering from type 2 diabetes having fasting blood sugar between 126 and 250 mg/dL or having HbA1c 7 and 8.5 percent using metforminn and sulfonylurea group drugs(glibenglamid,gliclazide,etc.) to control blood sugar not using any supplements other than probiotic during the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: having regular physical activity(more than two sessions per week) during the last six months inability to perform Combine exercises due to physical diseases such as atherosclerosis,orthopedic problems,etc. having diseases other than diabetes such as blood pressure,cardiovascular diseases and thyroid diseases
