Inclusion criteria: confirmed ischemic stroke consent on enrollment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: major depression patients having no history of the aforementioned drug

Dementia Rating Scale. Timepoint: 5th and 90th day after diagnosis. Method of measurement: questionnaire.
