Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being a substance abuser according to Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition criteria Absence of severe mental disorders having a minimum education of primary school level Willingness to participate in the study Age between 15 to 50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absences of more than two sessions unwillingness to continue participating in research

Alexithymia score in Toronto alexithymia scale. Timepoint: Evaluation of alexithymia (before intervention), 42 days after intervention (post-test) . Method of measurement: Toronto Alexithymia scale (TAS-20).;Emotion regulation score in the cognitive emotional regulation questionnaire. Timepoint: Evaluation of emotional regulation (before intervention), 42 days after intervention (post-test). Method of measurement: Cognitive emotional regulation questionnaire developed by Garnowski.;Psychological capital score in the Luthans psychological capital questionnaire. Timepoint: Evaluation of Psychological capital (before intervention), 42 days after intervention (post-test). Method of measurement: Psychological capital questionnaire 24 developed by Luthans.
