Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: More than 6 months have passed since starting hemodialysis and performing it at least twice a week. Ability to read and write Lack of visual impairment Mild cognitive impairment (score between 18 and 23 on the MMSE) Having a smartphone with Android operating system Use of acetylcholinesterase inhibitors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Absence of more than one study session Hospitalization during the intervention Performing a kidney transplant during the study Death during intervention Lack of awareness after training on how to use a smartwatch
