Intervention 1: Intervention group: 4 pieces of raw okra were soaked in 100 cc of water daily and after 24 hours of storage in the refrigerator, two hours after eating lunch, it was done by the people

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A history of at least 2 years of type 2 diabetes Obtaining a score of 23 and above in MMSE Body mass index between 18.5 and 24.9 Normality of liver, kidney and thyroid tests History of okra consumption in the last four weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in research Insulin injection Taking statins and other lipid-lowering drug groups HbA1c less than 6.5 mg/dL Triglycerides above 150 mg/dL LDL greater than 100 mg/dL Total cholesterol above 200 mg/dL HDL greater than 60 mg/dL
