Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain from physical activity, muscle spasms, or mild joint pain No known hypersensitivity to black seed, chamomile, rosemary, or similar herbal products. Obtaining a score higher than 5 on the pain assessment questionnaire (VAS) No open wounds in the area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having severe inflammatory diseases (active rheumatism, severe rheumatoid arthritis) Failure to follow the study protocol Use of systemic anti-inflammatory drugs during the study History of severe skin allergies Participation in another clinical trial within the past 3 months Use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in the past month
