Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ages 18 to 45 Women with previous Cesarean scars Consent to participate in the study Women candidates for curettage surgery for pregnancy with cesarean scar Myometrial thickness behind the cesarean scar is greater than 4 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiple pregnancies Patients with a history of previous surgery in the vaginal and uterine area. Patients taking anticoagulant medications before surgery High-risk pregnancy patients Patients with pregnancy through assisted reproductive technology Patients with impaired platelet levels, prothrombin time, partial thromboplastin time, and INR.
