18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18 and 40 years old. Confirmation of ectopic pregnancy based on hCG-ß titration and results of transvaginal ultrasound. There were no contraindications to prescribing methotrexate and vitamin A. Willingness to participate in a study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Liver and kidney function tests are abnormal Abnormal blood count Patients with advanced underlying disease

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The number of times the methotrexate injection needs to be repeated. Timepoint: The fourth day, the seventh day, and the 11th day after the injection of methotrexate. Method of measurement: Determination of beta-hCG levels in serum before treatment using the ELISA technique.;Need for secondary treatment method (surgery). Timepoint: During hospitalisation. Method of measurement: Observations and Patient File.
