Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalization of the child due to rheumatic diseases, cystic fibrosis, chronic kidney disease, asthma, gastrointestinal diseases (Crohn's, liver cirrhosis, natural diarrhea, etc.) and neurological diseases (refractory epilepsy, etc.) The age of the child is between 7 and 12 years More than one year has passed since the diagnosis of the disease. History of hospitalization of a child more than twice for chronic disease. Speaking Persian Consent of the child and parents to participate in this study Not participating in similar research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to continue collaborating in the study Inability to participate in research due to the child's deteriorating physical condition
