Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A caregiver who is involved in patient care for at least 4 hours a day and spends the most time with the patient (according to the patient). Lack of medical jobs in the patient. The patient is willing to participate in the research. The patient has the ability to learn. The age of caregiver should be between 18-65 years. The age of patient should be between 18-65 years. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: mental illness or anxiety disorders in the family caregiver.
