15 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having solid cancer age 15 to 75 years receiving chemotherapy drugs presence of sensory neuropathy symptoms absence of neuropathy before starting chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diseases that cause sensory neuropathy such as diabetes untreated hypothyroidism sensitivity to medication (melatonin or duloxetine)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Severity of neuropathy. Timepoint: End of each week until the sixth week. Method of measurement: with the WHO grading questionnaire.
