Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have at least 5 years of work experience A history of active care for at least 6 months in the reception wards of patients with coronary heart disease Having a bachelor's degree or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of physical and mental illness and taking medications that affect the mental system Absence of more than one session Loss of a first-degree relative (father, mother, spouse or child) less than six months ago

Mean score of Connor and Davidson resilience questionnaire in experimental and control groups. Timepoint: The mean scores of the resilience questionnaire were measured at the beginning of the study and immediately, 1 , 3 , 6 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: How to measure the outcome variable is Connor and Davidson Resilience Questionnaire.
