Inclusion criteria: lower abdominal surgery general anesthesia ASA 1and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Respiratory problems and heart abnormalities, suspected pulmonary embolism hyperglycemia diabetic ketoacidosis renal failure

Arterial alveolar oxygen gradient. Timepoint: After establishing Arterialine and 2 hours later. Method of measurement: arterial blood gas.
