Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: = 18 years of age and maximum 80 Class 1 to 2 ASA anesthesia Absence of heart failure (EF <20%) No uncontrolled blood pressure or diabetes No pregnancy Do not use opioids or opioid antagonists in 10 days before

MeasureTime frame
Pain score. Timepoint: 1,2,6,12 ,24 hours after operation-2 days after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale (VAS).;Nausea and vomiting. Timepoint: 1,2,6,12 ,24 hours after operation-2 days after surgery. Method of measurement: Questionnaire and the presence of symptoms.;Duration of hospitalization after surgery. Timepoint: 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Patient discharge or continued hospitalization.;Mobility time after surgery. Timepoint: 1,2,6,12 ,24 hours after operation-2 days after surgery. Method of measurement: The patient gets out of bed.
