Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over twenty years old Working night shifts (at least 4 nights per month) for the past six months No acute musculoskeletal problems requiring hospitalization or surgery within the past 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy Having surgery during the study that would interfere with exercise Participating in any exercise activities (relaxation exercises, yoga, etc.) during the study
