Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least 18 years old Need to increase the keratinized tissue width (keratinized tissue less than 2 mm or attached gingiva less than 1 mm) Probing depth less than 3 mm in the teeth of the surgical site Full Mouth Plaque Score (FMPS)<20% Full Mouth Bleeding Score (FMBS)<20%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Heavy smokers A systemic problem that negatively affects wound healing, such as diabetes or taking medications such as high-dose steroids Radiotherapy or immunosuppressive therapies that interfere with surgical wound healing. Pregnant or lactating patients History of periodontal surgery in the desired area during life Patients who do not attend follow-up sessions.

MeasureTime frame
Dimensional changes (percentage of shrinkage) of free gingival graft using macro and microsurgery techniques. Timepoint: 1 month and 3 months after surgery. Method of measurement: From each patient before surgery, immediately after surgery, and in follow-ups one month and three months after surgery, standard clinical photographs (perpendicular to the target area, under the same light and magnification, with a probe in the image For calibration of Image J measurement software) from the surgical area in order to record the color and texture characteristics of the graft during the baseline and follow-ups of 1 and 3 months will be prepared using Canon 800D camera and ring flash. Dimensions will be measured using Image J software and the percentage of tissue shrinkage will be calculated using the following formula: Baseline graft area- Graft area at follow up session divided to Baseline graft area.
