Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conscious desire and satisfaction to participate in the study Patients with mucosal lesions approved by the physician present in the study Patients with breast and lymph node cancers Patients receiving an injectable dose of adriamycin at a dose of 60 mg / m2 (Mg per square meter) for 4 sessions

Exclusion criteria: People receiving radiotherapy to the head and neck Urticaria, itching and swelling of the lips immediately after receiving mouthwash Use another mouthwash while studying Patients with mucosal lesions score 4 History of using mouthwash Presence of leukopenia in initial tests Addiction to cigarettes, hookah, alcohol and drugs Receive radiation therapy and chemotherapy in the past Being under 15 years old Being over 70 years old Existence of systemic infections or diseases that reduce the strength of the immune system

Mucositis: Mucositis begins with a slight redness (erythema) and may progress to edema, painful sores, bleeding, and secondary infection. Timepoint: To examine the patient's mouth for mucositis, the oncologist's project partner and completing an unannounced checklist (double blind) of the patient group on the first, seventh and fourteenth days with the standard tool of the World Health Organization (WHO) mucosal examination to examine mucosal status in patients Pay and record items. Method of measurement: Score zero without mucositis, score 1 pain and redness of the mouth without sores, score 2 with sores and redness in the mouth and the ability to eat solid foods, score 3 sores and redness in the mouth and inability to eat solid foods and score 4 most severe With mucosal bleeding and widespread inflammation and inability to eat and the ability to eat fluids and medications (patients with a score of 4 are excluded from the study).
