Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 80 years Referral on the first day of symptoms NIHSS before treatment between 5-21

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of psychiatric diseases Having cardiovascular disease Patients with poor prognosis Use of antidepressants, benzodiazepines, alpha-adrenergic agonists and antagonists, dopamine antagonists Having diseases that are contraindicated in receiving levodopa, including hyperthyroidism, glaucoma and melanoma Patients with Parkinson's
