Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Interscalene block combined with superclavicular block
100 mg of lidocaine 1% with 40 mg of marcaine 025. Epinephrine will be injected in half volume in the SUPRACLAVICULAR section and the other half in the INTERSCALANE section. Intervention 2: Control gr
100 mg of lidocaine 1% with 40 mg of marcaine 0.25% Epinephrine. Intervention 3: Control group 2: Interscalene block only
100 mg of lidocaine 1% with 40 mg of marcaine 0.25 % Epinephrine.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with American Stroke Association (ASA) 1, 2 Patients with arm fractures require surgery Patients over 18 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug addiction Patient dissatisfaction Being pregnant has a history of allergy to local anesthetics

MeasureTime frame
Pain medication required. Timepoint: 6 and 12 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale.
