18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 40 years Singleton pregnancy ASA physical status class I or II Written informed consent to participate in the study No history of baseline hypotension or use of antihypertensive drugs No habitual high caffeine intake (to prevent tolerance)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known allergy or sensitivity to caffeine or anesthetic drugs Emergency cesarean section Uncontrolled gestational diabetes Preeclampsia or HELLP syndrome Known cardiovascular or vascular disease Multiple pregnancy Any intraoperative complication requiring urgent intervention beyond the study protocol
