Inclusion criteria: Enjoy public health Fill in the consent form consciously Men in the age range of 20 to 30 years Not participating in regular sports activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of severe musculoskeletal and neurological injuriesHistory of trunk or lower limb surgery over the past year

Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and after 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Force plate machine.;Functional movements. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and after 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: FMS.
