Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Birth of a stillborn baby Gestational age after 24 weeks Minimum literacy No chronic physical and mental illness No history of drug use, psychedelics and narcotics

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to participate in the study Withdraw from participating in self-care programs
