Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range between 40 to 75 years Patients who have undergone rotator cuff repair surgery Patients who have undergone surgery for at least 5 weeks Patients who have trigger points in shoulder girdle muscles palpation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Phobia of needle History of coagulation disorders and intake of anticoagulants History of head and neck surgery Radiculopathy and myelopathy disorders Pregnancy
