Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient Awareness Patient Satisfaction Consent of the treating physician that the vein is suitable for catheterization ( based on sonography result and suitable jugular without thrombosis and compressible) The first Right internal jugular vein catheterization No history of heparin allergy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient Dissatisfaction Physician Dissatisfaction Thrombosis or Vascular occlusion Bleeding Infection

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Catheter thrombosis. Timepoint: Any time in 6 month. Method of measurement: Reduce the speed of the dialysis engine to more than 10% of the initial speed.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Bleeding. Timepoint: Any time. Method of measurement: Any abnormal bleeding.
