Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with bilateral nasal and sinus polyps based on EPOS2020 diagnostic criteria Lack of adequate response despite 8 weeks of standard medical treatment Informed consent for participation in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Use of antibiotics other than those prescribed post-surgery Renal failure Systemic immune deficiency Pregnancy Breastfeeding Asthma Allergy to aspirin
