Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with bilateral nasal and sinus polyps based on EPOS2020 diagnostic criteria Lack of adequate response despite 8 weeks of standard medical treatment Informed consent for participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of antibiotics other than those prescribed post-surgery Renal failure Systemic immune deficiency Pregnancy Breastfeeding Asthma Allergy to aspirin

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in clinical symptoms. Timepoint: Before surgery and six weeks after surgery. Method of measurement: Based on the SNOT22 questionnaire.;Endoscopic evaluation of the nose. Timepoint: Before surgery and six weeks after surgery. Method of measurement: Nasal endoscopy and using the LUND-KENNEDY criteria.;Radiological evaluation of the nose. Timepoint: Before surgery and six weeks after surgery. Method of measurement: CT scan of the nose and using the LUND-MACKAY criteria.
