Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who come for rhinoplasty Patients have thick nasal skin Patients are at least 18 years old Patients who have given informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who smoke Those who have a history of rhinoplasty
