Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Caring for an elderly family member with multiple chronic illnesses for at least three months Age 18-60 years Willingness to participate in the study Having literacy Being able to communicate and use a smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participate in any other related research on geriatric care over the past two years Inability to take care of oneself and perform daily activities Having a severe mental disorder that requires medication
