Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Boys 1 to 7 years old at the time of visit to the clinic Patients with a diagnosis of undescended intra-abdominal or peeping undescended testis Patients who have indications for Orchiopexy surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Perform previous orchidopexy surgery Patients with palpable testicles in physical examination Nubbin testes Testes with more than two centimeters of distance from the internal inguinal ring

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Testicular atrophy rate. Timepoint: 3 and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Accurate examination and ultrasound to determine the location and dimensions of the testicles in both groups for atrophy will be performed.;Side effects. Timepoint: 3 and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Side effects are noted in the checklist.
