Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who need pulpotomy of left and right primary mandibular second molars under inferior alveolar nerve block Children with Frankel level 3 and 4 Children 6-9 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of sensitivity to anesthetics History of any systemic disease
