Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients receiving corrective surgery for facial skeletal deformity whom their presurgical orthodontics treatment is completed after completion of growth period, in appropriate age for orthognathic surgery existing simultaneous maxillary deformities which need correction same correction size is needed in both side of the maxilla

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: presence of lip, palate or alveolar cleft any systemic disease history of chemo or radiotheropy in the surgery site previous unsuccessful grafting of maxilla or maxillary alveolar process correction of maxillary can or yaw needed

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Defect size in square millimeters. Timepoint: after surgery. Method of measurement: Analysis of CT scan using Mimics software (GE Healthcare, Milwaukee, WI, USA).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Defect size in square millimeters after 4 months. Timepoint: 4 months post op. Method of measurement: Analysis of CT scan using Mimics software (GE Healthcare, Milwaukee, WI, USA).
