Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -All patients over the age of 18 who have advanced open-angle glaucoma based on examinations, gonioscopy, and imaging findings. -All patients with advanced open-angle glaucoma, including all types of open-angle glaucoma, whether primary or secondary, pigmentary or exfoliative glaucoma, will be included in the study. -Patients with advanced open-angle glaucoma are patients who have a cup-to-disc ratio equal to or greater than 0.9 and whose intraocular pressure is not controlled by full-dose treatment with intraocular pressure-lowering medications. - Patients with advanced open-angle glaucoma whose intraocular pressure is between 20 and 30 despite taking medications and drops that lower intraocular pressure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Patients with angle-closure glaucoma -Patients with mild or moderate open-angle glaucoma and intraocular pressure controlled with eye pressure-lowering medications. -Patients with advanced open-angle glaucoma whose intraocular pressure is higher than 30 despite taking medications and eye drops that lower intraocular pressure.
