Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a burn and being a candidate for an STSG graft Patients' consent to enter the study Have burns between 10% and 50% The organ under study should not have burns

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children before12 years Patients with immunodeficiency Patients who need too much painkillers Mentally ill patients who cannot explain the pain report Withdrawal of the patient from the study at any time
