Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People aged 18-55 years sudden and severe flank pain with a score of 5 out of 10 according to the Numeric Rating Scale ( NRS ) criteria upon admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe dehydration History of uremia Kidney transplantation History of cardiovascular and pulmonary disease Pregnancy Breastfeeding History of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding Coagulation disorders or a history of taking anticoagulants History of drug dependence or recent drug use or chronic alcohol or tobacco use Peritonitis or any of the symptoms of peritoneal stimulation

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Measuring the extend of pain severity reduction. Timepoint: Every 15 minutes. Method of measurement: Numeric Rating Scale.;Count of recurrent pain in hospital stay. Timepoint: Once an hour. Method of measurement: Numeric Rating Scale.
