Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients over 40 years of age who have undergone decompression of spinal canal stenosis Patients' informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Prohibition of aspirin use Concomitant musculoskeletal diseases including severe osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia
