Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: They should be obese (BMI>,30). Their blood pressure must be about 120-139 and 80-89 mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects have any special disease or skeletal problems. They use weight loss medication or diet.

Method of measurement: Skinfold Caliper, Harpenden, UK- meter.;Lipid profiles (Triglyceride, Cholesterol, Low density lipoprotein, High density lipoprotein). Timepoint: 48 hours before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Blood sampling, Pars azmoon kit, Tehran, Iran.;Insulin resistance. Timepoint: 48 hours before and after intervention.
