Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: They should be obese (BMI>,30). Their blood pressure must be about 120-139 and 80-89 mmHg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects have any special disease or skeletal problems. They use weight loss medication or diet.
