Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being married and living together with a spouse. Age range is between 40 and 60 years old. Capable of reading and writing Providing informed consent to participate in the study Experiencing natural menopause If a woman has a menopausal symptom score of 9 or higher according to the questionnaire,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hormone use within the past 6 months includes drugs that reduce menopausal symptoms, contraceptives, and androgenic drugs. Experiencing premature menopause before the age of 40 Being advised by a doctor to refrain from sexual activity due to illness, either for the wife or her husband Dealing with neurological and psychiatric diseases or taking neuropsychiatric drugs, as reported by the individual Holding a degree in psychology Participation in similar classes or workshops Recent consultation with a psychologist or counsellor to improve body image and boost sexual self-confidence The study participant moved outside the city of Bushehr The participant decided to withdraw from further participation in the study Consuming phytoestrogens (such as soybeans, black cohosh and fenugreek) can help reduce menopausal symptoms
