Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Three light stimulations will be performed for 5 minutes. Intervention 2: Intervention group: chaotic light stimulation will be performed for 5 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal individuals in terms of brain functionality. Right-hand dominance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who have a history of neurological disease or cognitive disorder. People who are taking medication that affects their cognitive process. People who are visually sensitive or suffer from photosensitive epilepsy. People who have refractive errors, lazy eye, and color blindness. People who cannot continue cooperation or whose recorded data cannot be corrected due to artifacts during EEG stimulation and recording.

Extract microstate information from EEG. Timepoint: Before, during, and after stimuli. Method of measurement: Brain signal analysis, cognitive test.
