Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Girls 13 to 18 years old with Genu valgum deformity. Those with a minimum distance of 2.5 cm between the ankles. Do not do any exercise or intervention that affects the condition of the knees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have other structural abnormalities in the lower limbs. Acute heart and respiratory problems. Those with a history of lower limbs injury or fracture in the last 6 months. Girls under 13 and over 18 years old.

MeasureTime frame
Reduce the distance between the inner ankle. Timepoint: Measure the distance between the inner ankle at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 56 days after the training protocols. Method of measurement: The caliper is Used to measure the distance between the inner ankle in people with Genu valgus deformity with a measurement accuracy of 1.1 mm.;Resize the angle Q. Timepoint: Measurement of Q angle at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 56 days after the training protocols. Method of measurement: A goniometer with an accuracy of 0.1 is used to measure the Q angle.
