Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 6-15 years children with monosymptomatic primary nocturnal enuresis No concomitant pharmacological or non-pharmacological treatments or other methods of complementary medicine Parents' willingness to participate in the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Enuresis due to UTI, diabetes insipidus (DI), diabetes mellitus (DM), Seizures and side effects Daily urinary incontinence child with neurogenic bladder Urinary anatomical problems like Posterior Urethral Valve (PUV) or Urethral obstruction History of treatment with desmopressin in the past year Chronic UTI previous urinary tract surgery
