Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: study participants must be in the age range of 17 to 35. participants must have two impacted mandibular third molar teeth with the same latency conditions.(the occlusion on both sides must be mesioangular or vertical.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the occlusion of the impacted mandibular third molar should not be distoangular or horizontal. existence of the acute or chronic inflammation of the coronary artery Taking drugs other than the drugs considered in the study failure to complete or submit the questionnaire Having systemic problems pregnancy Contraindications to the use of the drug used for the patient Having a neurological disease people taking steroids,antidepressants,antibiotics,analgesics The presence of painful conditions in the mouth such as teeth with indication for endodontic treatment Having any painful conditions in the body

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome variable:The amount of pain in questionnaire two. Timepoint: Measurement the amount of pain afeter surgery,after anesthesia,12 hours after surgery,1 day after surgery,2 days after surgery,3 days after surgery. Method of measurement: In this study ,the pain score after impacted mandibular third molar surgery in both groups is determined by using verbal pain criteria(0 to 10 score).;Secondry outcome variable: number of volatile analgesics used. Timepoint: The number of volatile drugs used by the patient is measured during the period between the end of anesthesia and three days after surgery. Method of measurement: The number of volatile analgesics used by the patient is measured by using questionnaire two provided to the patient.
