Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Have at least an associate degree in midwifery At least one year of work experience Interested in participating in the study Type of employment: formal, contractual, contractual and project Employment in the relevant department from the beginning to the end of the study and not transferring to another department Score above 100 of the OSIPOW Job Stress Questionnaire
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue to cooperate Taking medication or being hospitalized for a mental illness over the past year Participate in training focused on compassion advice Occurrence of acute stress problem (death of spouse, death of father .....) during the study Referral to a psychiatrist or psychologist Attending leave
