Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neck pain history of 4-12 weeks Both Gender Age between 20 and 35 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any other spine surgery or trauma

MeasureTime frame
Pain, Disability. Timepoint: Before Intervention,after intervention( 8 week) and 4 week after detraining period. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue scale to measure pain and Neck disability Index to measure disability.
