Inclusion criteria: Overweight or Obese individuals Ability do exercise Without any orthopedic disease Without acute and chronic cardiovascular

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence in more than three consecutive sessions Unwillingness in continuing research Not participating in the post-test
