35 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Breast cancer survivors Completed a course of chemotherapy and radiotherapy 35 to 55 years old women Not having any acute medical disorders (cardiovascular diseases, diabetes) Not having yoga training experience Not having any orthopedic conditions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not attend to training session more than 4 sessions Lack of interest in continuing to participate in research Recurrence of the disease or worsening of medical situation Not completing the post-test

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Inflammatory cytokines. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: ELISA kit.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Physical and mental functions. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Fitness measurement tests (handgript strenght) and quality of life questionnaire.
