Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes, Age 20 to 60 years, Having a smartphone, Having at least a diploma Ability to use a smart phone

Exclusion criteria: Not being able to use a smartphone Not having a smartphone Not having type 2 diabetes Lack of consent of the candidate to enter the study Age less than 20 years and older than 60 years Education less than a diploma
