Inclusion criteria: Having type 2 diabetes at least three months before enrollment Adults over 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy lactation kidney disease liver disease

Fating blood sugar. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 60 days after intervention. Method of measurement: Biochemistry- Glucose oxidase (enzymatic method).;Hemoglobin A1c. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 60 days after intervention. Method of measurement: Biochemistry- Calorimetry.;Cholesterol. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 60 days after intervention.
