7 Years to 9 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients between 4-9 years of age- Teeth exhibiting clear clinical signs of furcal abscess/periapical abscess/nasal polyps- necrotic primary molars- Radiographic changes revealed in the periapical area- Strategically important teeth- Presence of at least 2/3rd of root length

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with any severe systemic disease - Patient undergoing long-term antibiotic therapy, steroid therapy, antiepileptic therapy, etc.- Patients with special healthcare needs- atopic patients- intensive oral pathologies- Unrestorable crowns- uncooperative patients

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in microbial count in root canals. Timepoint: seven days. Method of measurement: aerobic and anaerobic microbiological cultures.
