Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Informed consent from the patient for participation in the proposed research study should be obtained. A nephrologist must confirm the diagnosis of End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). The patient must have a history of hemodialysis treatment for at least the past three months. The patient’s vascular access for hemodialysis should be through a permcath placed in the superior vena cava (above the chest). The patient should not have mobility limitations that would affect the ability to perform the exercise specified in the study and must be capable of learning. The necessity of undergoing hemodialysis is three times per week based on the doctor's orders. The patient's age must be 18 years or older. The selected patient for the intervention group must have sufficient vision to learn and engage in the specified activity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hemodialysis is performed less than three times a week. The patient does not have sufficient vision to learn and perform the required activities
