| Gingival index. Timepoint: The beginning of the study, the second, fourth, eighth, tenth week. Method of measurement: The Gingival Index (GI) scores each area on a scale of 0 to 3 (silness and loe), as follows, based on the presence or absence of bleeding in the mild probing of the gingival areas of the distobaccal, buccal, mesiobacal, and lingual surfaces of all teeth:0 = healthy gums without redness, without inflammation and bleeding / 1 = mild inflammation, mild erythema, few superficial changes and no bleeding / 2 = moderate inflammation, with erythema and bleeding during probing / 3 = inflammation, swelling and severe erythema, feeling Pain during bleeding and sometimes sores. Then we calculate the GI index for the desired teeth so that the total score of the tooth surfaces divided by 4 and the GI index for each person will be equal to the average GI index of all examined teeth.Opposite rankings are used to interpret the GI status:0 = excellent / 0.1-0.9 = good / 1.0-1.9 = average / 2.0-3.0 = poor.Bleeding index and plaque were measured by catheter and periodontal probe and gingival index was used by visual observation.;Plaque index. Timepoint: The beginning of the study, the second, fourth, eighth, tenth week. Method of measurement: To check for plaque index, only the thickness of plaque accumulated in the cervical third of the gingival areas of the distobacal, buccal, mesiobacal, and lingual surfaces of all teeth is examined using a probe or catheter. The rating of the license plate index (silness and loe) is as follows:Zero = no plaque / 1 = a thin layer of plaque in the gingival margin area that can only be detected by touching with a periodontal probe or using a detector solution / 2 = moderate plaque accumulation in the area of ??the dental collar visible to the eye / 3 = There is a large amount of plaque and debris in the gingival margin area and on the tooth surface. Then we calculate the PI index for the target teeth; In this way, the total score of tooth | — |
